Mac Christl is the new Executive Chef at the Fargo Country Club. He will oversee all culinary operations for our banquet facility, as well as the restaurant, lounge, pool, and golf concessions. Originally from Fargo, Mac received his culinary degree from Colorado Mountain College in Breckenridge, Colorado. Mac started his culinary career at Mezzaluna in Downtown Fargo and most recently was the Executive Chef at the Delta Hotel. Known for his diverse cooking style, he has won every ACF (American Culinary Federation) culinary competition he has entered. We are excited to have Mac join the FCC team!
