Commitment, passion and growth of the game are the trademarks of Lisa’s golf career. In an elite group, Lisa is the 12th female PGA Master Professional in the world and the 12th Pro to earn Master Professional status in the Minnesota Section. Lisa earned her PGA Class A membership in 2005 and completed the PGA’s Certified Professionals Program in Instruction in 2007 and her PGA Master Professional status in December 2019 by completing an intense research project on the golf swing. Lisa is currently one of a handful of female PGA Members in the tri-state region and is available for private, couples, and group lessons for both juniors and adults. Lisa’s LPGA Girls Golf Club of Fargo has been nationally recognized as a leader in growing the game of golf to girls. Her passion is teaching golfers of all ages and experience levels. Lisa’s relaxed and low-pressure style of teaching helps create an environment conducive to learning while making beginner and intermediate golfers feel comfortable. As Head Professional of Osgood Golf Course from 2005-2021, Lisa received many honors including: • Minnesota Section PGA Patriot Award (2020) • Minnesota Section PGA Bill Strausbaugh Award (2019) • Finalist PGA National Merchandiser of the Year (2017) • Minnesota Section PGA Facility Promoter of the Year (2017) • Dakota Chapter PGA Golf Professional of the Year (2016) • Dakota Chapter PGA Junior Golf Leader Award (2009, 2011, and 2014) • YWCA of Cass County’s Woman of the Year in Youth Advocacy (2014) • Dakota Chapter PGA Facility Promoter of the Year (2005, 2020) As Head Varsity Girls Golf Coach at Davies High School, Lisa was recognized as: 2021 ND State Coach of the Year 2021 EDC Coach of the Year 2019 EDC Coach of the Year Lisa played collegiate golf at the University of Portland from 1998-2002. She was a four-time West Coast Conference All-Academic Team member and the individual winner of the 2000 Lewis and Clark Invitational. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, she returned to Fargo to begin the PGA’s Professional Golf Management Program.
