Kara began her culinary career as a sweets and bread baker in New Rockford, ND in 2015. Upon falling in love with the industry, she soon found her way to the downtown Fargo culinary scene. Within two years, she accepted a position as Executive Sous Chef under the direction of Eric Watson. Now, as Chef De Cuisine at Fargo Country Club, Kara is responsible for menu development, staff training, and overall enhancement of the membership dining experience. Kara is excited and eager to make the Fargo Country Club the premiere dinning facility in the Fargo-Moorhead region.
